At the event on Friday night, we will be passing out the ‘Take Homes’ which need to be worn to each event of the weekend. We also will have name tags for each of you to wear to each event. This will help us to identify one another and to help us make new friends! We will also have the ‘take homes’ and nametags at the other events as well, so if you cannot come Friday night, you will still get yours!
The plan for rain for Friday night and Saturday morning is to be inside the church. If it rains Saturday afternoon, we will be under the large pavilion at Blackburn Park. We have reserved that for our All Parish Conference!
